Two sources close to the case confirmed to AFP that the victim is a deputy.

The prosecution refused to comment on this point, but explained that the victim felt bad after having a drink at the Parisian home of the senator, with whom she does not have intimate relations.

The Public Ministry indicated that the samples taken revealed the presence of ecstasy in her body and that the woman later filed a complaint.

According to the prosecution, the type of open investigation does not require the lifting of the senator’s parliamentary immunity.

RMC He pointed out that searches were carried out at the legislator’s home, where investigators found ecstasy, and in his office, points that were confirmed by the prosecutor’s office.
