The prosecution refused to comment on this point, but explained that the victim felt bad after having a drink at the Parisian home of the senator, with whom she does not have intimate relations.
The Public Ministry indicated that the samples taken revealed the presence of ecstasy in her body and that the woman later filed a complaint.
According to the prosecution, the type of open investigation does not require the lifting of the senator’s parliamentary immunity.
