Three people were killed and 25 wounded on Tuesday in a Russian missile attack on the Ukrainian city of Kryvy Rig in central Ukraine, the regional governor said.
“A five-story building was destroyed. According to initial reports, three of its residents died. 25 people were injured,” Sergiy Lysak said on Telegram, adding that there were still “people under the rubble”.
