A russian bombing killed at least last night five people in the city of kostyantynivkaless than 30 kilometers from Bakhmutwhen reaching one of the public centers that the Ukrainian Government has enabled to offer electricity without interruptions.
“A missile hit a one-story building where a ‘invincibility center’”, reads the Facebook page of the Public Emergency Service of Ukraine, referring to the name by which these basic service points are known in Ukraine.
Ukrainian rescue teams rescued one person from the rubble and found the bodies of three women and two men at the scene of the attack, which would have been perpetrated with a missile S-300.
The Ukrainian prosecutor’s office in the Donetsk province, where Kostyantynivka is located, has distributed photos showing the building turned into a a mixture of bricks, wood, iron and objects such as bags or clothes. In another of the images you can see a large crater on the ground.
Located in the region of Donbas partly occupied by Russia, in eastern Ukraine, Kostyantynivka is right next to the front line and is one of the Ukrainian cities hardest hit by the invasion. Before this war started I had about 70,000 inhabitants.

Ukraine’s Defense Ministry said on Thursday that Russian troops withdrew from the city of Nova Kakhova, in the southern region of Khersondespite the absence of reports of recent fighting in that area.
“He [miércoles] March 22, 2023, all units of the occupation army deployed in the town of Nova Kakhova, in the Kherson region, They left the city.” indicated the ministerial statement, which so far could not be confirmed with independent sources.
Most of the Kherson region was quickly occupied by Russian troops who invaded Ukraine in February 2022, but a Ukrainian counteroffensive recaptured large chunks of territory in November.
