At least one dead and 15 injured left a Russian bombardment in the city of mikolaevin southern Ukraine, this was confirmed by the governor of the region, Vitali Kim.
Around one in the morning, local time, the air alarms were activated, according to the first information shared by the governor, upon receiving the impact of four S-300 missiles.
Through his Telegram account, Kim reported that one of the missiles would have hit a multi-story residential buildingwhile another would have hit a house.
At 01:39 local time, the city’s anti-aircraft defenses were activated again, and the authorities began work in the affected areas, without further details being known about what happened.
Meanwhile, one policeman was killed and another was injured by the explosion of a device in the Ukrainian city of Melitopol, occupied by Russian forces and declared as the capital of the area of the province of Zaporizhzhya (south) under the control of Moscow, as confirmed by local authorities.
The office of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for Zaporizhzhya indicated in a message on his Telegram account that the event, which he called “serious crime”, took place at around 5:15 a.m. (local time). “ANDIt exploded in the entrance of an apartment building.. This is an unidentified artifact,” he stated.
“Due, two policemen have been injured and have been hospitalized. one of them has passed away”, he pointed out, while remarking that the authorities established by Russia in the area “are taking measures to clarify all the circumstances of the incident.”
The Russian President, Vladimir Putin, announced in September the annexation of Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhya all of them partially occupied within the framework of the invasion – which began on February 24, 2022 -, a decision endorsed in early October by the Russian Parliament.
The announcement came after a series of referendums criticized by the international community for their lack of guarantees.

The journalist recounted how the attack was during a telephone conversation published by the newspaper for which he works: “They caught up with us, I saw Bogdan on the ground, he did not move, I crawled out of the line of fire. I ran until I hit a civilian car. I was covered in blood, they took me to the Kherson hospital.”
“I tried several times to call Bogdanhe did not answer, he was a great friend of mine, it is an atrocious suffering, ”he added.

Kuleba is part of the Ukrainian delegation present at the bilateral meeting on the reconstruction of Ukraine organized in Rome by the Italian Executive and in which companies from the strategic sectors of both states participated.
