BBQ Chicken, Oil, Mustard and Cheese Rolls


1/2 cups Orange marmalade, for the BBQ sauce
1 1/2 cups ketchup sauce, for the BBQ sauce
1/2 cups apple cider vinegar, for the BBQ sauce
2 tablespoons mustard, for the BBQ sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, for the BBQ sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder, for the BBQ sauce
to taste of salt
to taste of cayenne pepper
enough of oil
3 cups of chicken fajitas
6 flour tortillas
to taste manchego cheese
enough butter, to fry the rolls
to taste of potato wedges, to accompany


Place the ketchup, Smucker’s Orange Marmalade, apple cider vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, salt, and cayenne pepper in a saucepan. Add all the ingredients and cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until thickened.

Seal the chicken in a skillet over medium heat with oil and when it is golden on all sides, pour in part of the BBQ sauce and cook for 10 minutes or until the chicken is well cooked.

Place the BBQ chicken on top of a flour tortilla, add some cheese, and roll up like a burrito.
Place the BBQ chicken roll up in a skillet to lightly brown.

Cut the BBQ chicken rolls in half and garnish with a little Smucker’s orange marmalade.
