BBQ Chicken Salad

Sprinkle with almond


1/4 cups brown sugar
2 cups of ketchup
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons of paprika
1 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 tablespoons ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
to taste of salt
2 cups of Salad Sesame Ginger Freshly
1 cup black beans, drained
1/4 cups red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cups cilantro, finely chopped
1/4 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cups yellow corn, shelled


Cook the brown sugar with the ketchup, apple cider vinegar, paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce in a pot. Season with salt, cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until thickened.

Brush the chicken with the homemade BBQ sauce that you prepared and let it marinate for 15 minutes. Cook the chicken on each side for 10 minutes over medium heat on a griddle. Cut into strips and reserve.

Pour the Freshly Ginger Sesame Salad into a bowl and mix with the black beans, red onion, cilantro, cheddar cheese, yellow corn and finally, add the BBQ chicken.

Add the sesame dressing and sprinkle with almond and fried tortilla. Enjoy!
