The general director, Rita Salinas Ferrari, made the delivery on behalf of the students, teachers and administrative staff who joined this commendable action.
Demonstrating a great sense of ethical and social responsibility that is reflected in citizen solidarity activities, as promoted by the Governor of San Luis Potosí Ricardo Gallardo Cardona, students, teachers and administrative staff of the Colegio de Bachilleres (Cobach) donated around of a thousand toys to the campaign, “Gifts with Love” for little hearts, implemented during these December dates by the State System for the Comprehensive Development of the Family (DIF), headed by Ruth González Silva.
The general director of Cobach, Rita Salinas Ferrari, gave the coordinator of the State DIF Volunteer Service, Bárbara Berrones Rodríguez, a significant amount of toys collected by students from schools 01, 17, 19, 25 and 26.
Said gifts will be destined for low-income girls and boys in the state of San Luis Potosí, an activity that adds to the economic, food and educational support that State President Ricardo Gallardo continues to bring to the four regions of the State.
Salinas Ferrari commented that, for the educational institution he represents, “it is very satisfying to be part of programs as laudable as ‘Gifts with Love’, I congratulate and thank each and every one of the students who showed their good heart by donate a toy and bring a little happiness to those who need it most; from the Colegio de Bachilleres we will continue betting on the good values that lead to doing good deeds ”, she concluded.
The Government of the State of San Luis Potosí, through the Colegio de Bachilleres, works to transform the education of the youth of Potosí, which can be seen reflected, not only in technological and industrial advances, but also in an ethical and moral wealth of the citizenship, since only in this way can we advance towards integral development with equity and social peace.
