Thanks to the great success of Coco, a Disney animated film that deals with the Day of the Dead tradition; Mexico will host this November 3 and 4 at the Plaza de Toros La México, de, Coco. A festival to remember, which promises to be an experience for the attending public.

During the three-hour event, various activities will be carried out, including a concert that will include themes from the film. The festival will begin at 7:00 p.m.

This film, which addresses the story of Miguel and his family, was recognized by the Academy, which awarded him two Oscar Awards in 2018: Best Animated Film and Best Original Song for Remember Me.

Some of the activities that will be carried out are:
Screening of the film Coco, musical show, interactive offering, parade of alebrijes, skulls and magical characters, special participation of MYST (Felipe Fernández del Paso, Chacho Gaytan, Oskar Jiménez, Cecilia de La Cueva and Sofía Garza).

Likewise, Coco: A festival to remember will feature the presence of Natalia Jiménez, Pedro Fernández, Eugenia León, Omar Chaparro and Sandra Echeverría who will perform some of the songs from the film such as: Remember me, Un poco loco, El corrido de Miguel Rivera, La Llorona live and accompanied by an orchestra. There will also be the participation of the Mexican Folkloric Ballet and the show will be closed by the Blue Angels who will perform a tour of their greatest hits.

Tickets cost between 600 and 2,800 pesos and can be purchased at the Plaza México box office or through the Superboletos website.
