Eggs drowned in green sauce

INGREDIENTS:

1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
1 green pepper, cut into small cubes
5 eggs
1/4 cups cottage cheese
1 avocado, sliced
1 jalapeno pepper, sliced

Preparation:

Blend the garlic clove, onion, pepper, jalapeno pepper, cilantro, spinach, tomatoes, vegetable broth, salt and cumin until you obtain the consistency of a sauce. Booking.
