“Galleries”, the most important sector of Art Basel, presents 212 exhibitors to the public

With 212 exhibitors, Galleries is the main sector of Art Basel. Some of the world’s greatest galleries exhibit there from works by the most promising talents to great masters. To Gentle Carioca

Located in the historic center of Rio de Janeiro, A Gentil Carioca is a contemporary art gallery founded on September 6, 2003 by three artists: Márcio Botner, Ernesto Neto and Laura Lima. This nature makes this initiative unique in Brazil.

In 2021, completing 18 years of activities, A Gentil Carioca expanded its essence with a new exhibition space in the Downtown Area of Sao Paulo. In December 2005 she participated in her first international fair (NOTHING miami).

Elba Benitez Gallery
