The Israel Defense Forces released aerial images showing how the terrorists of Hamas prevent the evacuation of civilians in Loop towards safe areas.
The photos show a kind of barricade built on one of the main routes destined for the exit of the more than a million people who live in the north and who, since Friday, have been desperately trying by all means to reach the south before the Israeli counteroffensive begins.
After managing to control the country’s borders and neutralizing a large part of the attackers who had infiltrated last weekend, the Israeli Army is now ready to move on to the next stage of the war, in which they will seek “completely destroy the government and military capabilities” of Hamas and thus prevent an event of this style from happening again.
That is why dozens of battalions have been mobilized towards the vicinity of the border – one of the hottest spots and from where most enemy missile launches occur – to begin a wide range offensive, which is imminent. As it was known, it will be with coordinated attacks from air, sea and land.
However, given that its objective is to reach terrorists and not innocents, Israel extended until 4:00 p.m. local time this Saturday the window of time it had given civilians to evacuate the area and promised that the two main routes used in the escape would not be bombed.
“The terrorist organization Hamas waged war against the State of Israel and Gaza City is an area where military operations are taking place. This evacuation is for your own safety. They will only be able to return to the city when another announcement is made that allows it,” they indicated in a statement.
However, Hamas has intensified its blockades to prevent any kind of effort from being successful. The terrorist militia is “blocking and preventing the population from going south” because “they want to show the world that they have casualties and deaths”denounced Army spokesman Daniel Hagari.
In this sense, the leader of the Palestinian military group, Ismail Haniyeh, accused the counterpart of “war crimes” as a result of their offensives in Gaza.
“Israeli atrocities amount to war crimes,” he wrote in a letter sent to the Secretary General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, and then condemned the “barbaric Israeli siege” in which “they prohibit the entry of humanitarian aid and medical supplies”.
However, the truth is that the terrorist attacks that began almost a week ago have claimed the lives of a large number of innocent victims, in many cases, in the worst massacres and with the most heinous crimes.
