NASA has already made its NASA+ streaming platform available to all users. The streaming platform offers on-demand programming of original content produced by the US space agency.
What does NASA+ offer?
NASA has listed its original content:
- A documentary series covering every image from the James Webb Space Telescope, as well as a second series highlighting the world’s most powerful space telescope, from laboratories to launch;
- Animated children’s programs about the planets, the mysteries of the universe and intergalactic worlds;
- A series that tells the personal stories of black NASA astronauts;
- A series that takes viewers behind the scenes as a group of scientists work to bring the first asteroid sample obtained by the United States back to Earth;
- Images of the cosmos in ultra high definition with a space soundtrack
- Spanish-language content, including a series highlighting Hispanic and Latino NASA employees, climate content, and more.
How to access NASA+?
The new streaming service is available through the NASA app for Android and iOS. It can also be accessed via Roku devices and Apple TV.
