IMES carries out the Expo, Women Trades and Art in the Zaragoza Passage

Within the framework of International Women’s Day, to be commemorated on March 8, and as part of the many activities organized by the Government of Change headed by Ricardo Gallardo Cardona, the Women’s Institute (Imes) invites citizens this Tuesday 7 and Wednesday 8 to the Expo Mujeres Oficios y Arte, in the Zaragoza passageway, to promote the economic empowerment of Potosinas.

The head of the Imes, Gloria Serrato Sánchez, announced that the event is organized by the Economic Empowerment area, focused on citizens, so that they can attend from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the main walkway of the passage Zaragoza, in front of the dependency facilities, in the Jardín Colón, in the Historic Center of the capital.

He explained that citizens can find various items such as typical sweets, handicrafts, works of art, hygiene products, clothing, food, desserts, liquors, plants, hair accessories, hats, “products that the exhibitors themselves make and that They trade for their family income.

The state official recalled that the majority of the 30 beneficiaries are users of the psychological and legal services offered by the Support Program for Women in Federative Entities (Paimef) and the Transversality Area of ​​Imes, who also face conditions of violence and vulnerability in their environment.
