Butter, pepper and parsley, accompanied with slices of bread
There is no one who can resist the taste of an Alfredo pasta, as it is creamy and has the perfect balance of flavors.
Ingredients:
- 3 cups of Fusilli Barilla
- 1 1/2 cups water, hot
- 1 cup of Mayonnaise with Lemon
- 2 cups of whipping cream
- 1/2 cups of milk
- 1/2 cups manchego cheese, grated
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- enough of salt
- enough of pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter, cubed
- enough Parmesan cheese, grated, to accompany
- enough of parsley, finely chopped, to accompany the taste of baguette bread, sliced and bathed in garlic with parsley
Preparation:
Place the Fusilli pasta in a heat-resistant refractory, pour in the hot water, moistening the pasta very well, and mix until integrated. Subsequently, cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 8 minutes. Let stand one minute before removing from microwave.
Once you remove the refractory from the microwave, add the Mayonnaise with Lemon, the whipping cream, the milk, the Manchego cheese, the Parmesan cheese, the garlic powder and enough salt and pepper. Mix very well with a plastic spoon or spatula, then add the butter cubes and microwave again, covering with plastic wrap, for 10 minutes. Let stand one minute before removing from microwave.
Serve the Alfredo pasta in the microwave in the refractory, grate some Parmesan cheese, add parsley and accompany with baguette bread.
