• Pancakes are ideal for dessert or snack time, since they can be accompanied with any drink and are easy to prepare.


2 cups of wheat flour
3/4 cups of sugar
1/2 tablespoons baking powder
3 eggs
1 cup of milk
1/2 cups butter
2 tablespoons Hershey’s Natural Cocoa
1/2 cups pumpkin puree
2 Hershey’s dark chocolate baking bars, melted
1 cup walnut, chopped and toasted


In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, milk and butter with a whisk. Divide the preparation into 2 equal portions: add the pumpkin puree to one and mix until integrated, while you should add Hershey’s Natural Cocoa to the other portion and mix until integrated.

Place a little of the pumpkin mixture in a silicone donut mold and then add a little of the cocoa mixture. Repeat the process until the mold is filled.

Cook the marbled cake in the microwave for 2:40 minutes, in 40-second intervals. Let cool and unmold. Booking.

Place the pancake on a rack. Cover with the dark chocolate Hershey’s Baking Bar and decorate with the chopped walnuts.

Cut a slice of the pumpkin pancake and accompany it with a cup of coffee.
