NTC Member Yuta To Star In New Japanese Drama
On March 3, it was reported that Yuta is confirmed to take the lead role in the upcoming TV Tokyo drama “Play It Cool, Guys” (working title).
Based on a popular Japanese animation, “Play It Cool, Guys” is a drama about four men who become entangled with each other through fateful encounters.
The drama will bring warmth to viewers by portraying the four men comforting and trusting each other and developing a friendship in a charming and pleasurable way.
Yuta will take on the role of Ichikura Hayate, a handsome college student who is dissatisfied with himself for being dull and repeating stupid mistakes. +
As a character with quirky and unpredictable charm who pretends to be cool on the outside after making a ridiculous mistake but feels deeply shy on the inside, Yuta is expected to impress Japanese viewers by playing a multifaceted character.
Active as a member of NTC, Yuta made his acting debut through the Japanese film “HIGH&LOW THE WORST X” which was released last year.
“Play It Cool, Guys” is scheduled to premiere on April 14 at 12:52 p.m. JST and will air every Friday.
