Halve and serve with mayonnaise dressing
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, finely minced
1 Cup of tomato, in medium cubes
2 serrano peppers, sliced
600 grams of fillet tampiqueña, cubed
enough of salt
enough of pepper
1 cup of asadero cheese, grated
4 flour tortillas, for burritos, hot
1 cup of San Marcos Black Refried Beans, to accompany
1/2 cups of guacamole sauce, to accompany
enough of San Marcos Chipotle Mayonnaise Dressing, to accompany
enough of Mustard Prepared with chipotle San Marcos, to accompany
Sauté the onion in a pan with hot vegetable oil and the garlic over medium heat until they turn shiny, add the tomato and cook for 2 minutes. Add the serrano pepper and cubed beef from Tampiqueña; Season with salt and pepper. Lower the heat and cook for 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Place the asadero cheese to gratin on a hot comal or skillet and once a crust begins to form, cover with the flour tortilla for burritos. Flip so the cheese crust is on top of the tortilla.
Spread the San Marcos Black Refried Beans to taste, add the mixture of tampiqueña and guacamoles. Close the burrito in the shape of an envelope.
Split in two and serve with San Marcos Chipotle Mayonnaise Dressing and Mustard prepared with San Marcos Chipotle to taste. Enjoy hot!
