Prepare Delicious Chicken Spiral Salad

Eating salad has never been as delicious as it will be with this Creamy Chicken Salad Crown recipe. Make this easy and practical recipe.


  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 1/4 cups celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/8 cups radish, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of jocoque
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons curry powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 bag of beet salad
  • 1 cup of cherry tomato, of colors, whole and in halves
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cups orange, in segments
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • fresh parsley


  1. In a bowl, mix the chicken with celery, corn kernels, red onion, radish, parsley, yogurt, jocoque, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, curry, salt and pepper.
  2. Arrange chicken salad on tray in a circle. Cover with plastic wrap and shape into a crown with your hands, remove plastic wrap and refrigerate 20 minutes.
  3. Once the salad is cold, remove from the refrigerator and cover with the contents of the beet salad bag, reserving the vinaigrette. Garnish the salad with tomatoes, blueberries, orange segments, avocado and parsley.
  4. Serve and accompany with the red wine vinaigrette.
