Avocado, lemon and tilapia. Bathe with the dressing.
This fish salpicón is a fresh, healthy and delicious dish. Best of all, it is prepared with fish, lots of vegetables and a delicious vinaigrette.
Ingredients
- enough olive oil
- 4 tilapia fillets
- enough salt, to season the fish
- enough pepper, to season the fish
- 1/4 cups lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoons cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoons coriander seed, ground
- enough of salt
- 2 cambray onions, with stems, filleted
- 1/2 cups baby cucumber, in half moons
- 1 cup of Green Tatemada and Martajada Sauce, 440 g
- 1/4 cups of creole coriander
- to taste avocado, in cubes, to decorate
- to taste toast, to accompany
Preparation
Heat a skillet over medium heat, pour in the olive oil, add the fish and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes or until soft.
Remove from heat and shred the fish. Let cool at room temperature.
Mix the fish, lemon juice, cumin powder, coriander seed, and salt in a bowl. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
Add the cambray onion and cucumber. Mix and reserve.
Mix the salpicón with the Tatemada and Martajada Verde Sauce and let it rest for 5 minutes to integrate the flavors.
Serve the fish salpicón with cilantro and avocado and accompany with toast.
