Prepare Delicious Surimi Salad Rolls

Carrot, onion and parsley. Accompany with dressing.

You will not be able to resist trying this incredible recipe for surimi salad rolls, as it is a creamy, light and very healthy option for lunch or dinner.


  • 3 cups surimi, in medium cubes
  • 1/2 cups cucumber, in medium cubes
  • 1/2 cups celery, in medium cubes
  • 1/2 cups red onion, in strips
  • 1 cup of yellow corn
  • 1 cup carrot, in medium cubes
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cups of half cream
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • enough of salt
  • enough of pepper
  • 1/4 cups parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 French Lettuce
  • to taste of soy sauce, to accompany


In a bowl, mix the surimi, cucumber, celery, red onion, yellow corn, carrot, mayonnaise, media crema and lemon juice.

Later, season with salt and pepper and add the parsley. Mix until all the ingredients are integrated. Reserve the surimi.

Separate the French Lettuce leaves and you can cut them into rectangles.

Fill each leaf with the surimi salad and roll up. Refrigerate the surimi salad rolls for a few minutes.

Place the surimi salad rolls on an extended plate, decorate with parsley leaves and serve with the dressing of your choice.
