Sugar, lemon and milk, decorate with raspberries
This delicious cheesecake recipe does not require cooking in an oven, since it is frozen and is an excellent option to share with the family
Ingredients:
- 250 grams of Maria biscuit, ground
- 130 grams of unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 packages cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 1/4 cups condensed milk
- 1/2 cups lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 sachets of unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated (7 gc/u)
Preparation:
Grease the cake pan with butter.
For the cake dough, crush the Maria cookies until they are like powder; melt the butter in the microwave or in a pot and add the biscuits. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and mix until integrated.
Place the previous mixture in the cake mold, pressing to form the base and freeze for 10 minutes.
For the filling, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth; Add the condensed milk little by little, the lemon juice, the vanilla and the gelatin until integrated.
Pour the filling over the cookie base and flatten the surface with a spatula. Freeze for 2 hours.
Decorate with raspberries in the shape of a circle and refrigerate for half an hour.
Serve cold.
