Cumin, oil and egg, garnish with chopped parsley
You cannot miss this meat pie with cheese, because the combination of flavors is simply irresistible.
INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 cup onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoons garlic, finely minced
1 cup tomato, in small cubes
500 grams of pork fillet, finely chopped
500 grams of Picaña pork, finely chopped
enough of salt
enough of pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
3 eggs
1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cups manchego cheese, grated
1/2 cups American cheese, grated
1 cup of whipping cream
1/4 cups of milk
enough of salt
enough of pepper
enough flour, to stretch the dough
500 grams of puff pastry to taste parsley, finely chopped, to decorate
Preparation:
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the onion, garlic and tomato for 2 minutes. Later, add the minced pork fillet and the pork picaña, season with salt, pepper and cumin; cook for 10 minutes. Remove from the pan and reserve.
Add the Egg, the Parmesan cheese, the Manchego cheese, the American cheese, the whipping cream, the milk, the salt and the pepper in a bowl; mix until integrated. Add the minced pork fillet filling and the pork picaña, then mix until integrated. Booking.
Sprinkle flour on a flat surface and roll out the puff pastry with a rolling pin. Cover a tart pan previously with butter and flour. Remove the excess dough, add the cheese meat filling and bake the tart at 180 °C for 50 minutes.
Serve the meatloaf with cheese on a board and decorate with parsley.
