Prepare this delicious and delicious Mocha Cake in the Microwave

Soluble coffee, egg and milk, decorate with grated chocolate

Try this delicious microwave mocha cake, which has an irresistible combination of tres leches, coffee and the incredible flavor of Swiss Chocolate flour.


  • 1 cup whole milk, warm
  • 2 tablespoons of soluble coffee
  • 1 box of Swiss Chocolate Flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 cup whole milk, hot, for the tres leches mixture
  • 2 tablespoons of soluble coffee, for the tres leches mixture
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk, for the tres leches mixture
  • 1 cup evaporated milk, for the tres leches mixture
  • to taste whipped cream, to decorate
  • to taste dark chocolate, grated, to decorate


Pour the hot whole milk and instant coffee into a bowl. Mix very well and reserve.
Add the Swiss Chocolate Flour, the milk mixture with coffee, the egg and the oil in a bowl. Mix until completely integrated and until the lumps are eliminated. Place in a microwave-safe refractory previously varnished with butter and floured.

In the microwave, cook for 15 minutes in 2-minute increments. Carefully remove from the oven and let cool in the same refractory for 30 minutes.

Mix the hot whole milk, instant coffee, condensed milk and whole milk in a bowl. Mix very well until everything is integrated. Reserve in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

With a stick or fork, make small holes in the cake so that the mixture of the three milks is better absorbed. Bathe the cake with the three milks and let it rest for 10 minutes to be absorbed.

To decorate, cover the entire cake with Original whipped cream and sprinkle with some grated dark chocolate.
