Prepare this delicious and delicious Shrimp Salad with Cilantro Vinaigrette

We recommend this exquisite fresh salad for the hot season, served with sauteed shrimp, delicious fresh coriander, mixed lettuce, tomato and avocado.


  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 avocado, cut into pieces to garnish
  • 1/4 bunches fresh coriander, blanched for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely minced
  • 1/4 cups white onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 kilos of medium shrimp, without shell and without head
  • 3 tablespoons fresh coriander
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 4 cups of mixed lettuce, chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, cut into strips
  • 1/2 onion, cut into strips
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced and peeled
  • 1 cup avocado, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups salsa verde tortilla chips, halved


For the dressing, blend the lemon juice with avocado, cilantro, white vinegar, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce and oregano.


Heat a skillet over medium heat with the olive oil, add the garlic and onion to cook for 2 minutes, add the shrimp, cook for 5 minutes, add the coriander, season to your liking, remove the preparation from the heat and reserve.

In a bowl add the lettuce, the tomato, the purple onion, the cucumber, the avocado, the sautéed shrimp.

Add the Salsa Verde Tostitos cut in half and mix again.

Serve the salad on a plate and add a dressing of your choice. Enjoy
