Prepare this delicious Egg Muffin

Paprika, salt and meat. Accompany with guacamole

  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • to taste of salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 2 cups ground beef, for the hamburger
  • to taste salt, for the hamburger
  • to taste pepper, for the hamburger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder, for the hamburger
  • 1 teaspoon paprika, for the hamburger
  • 4 muffins
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 4 slices of yellow cheese
  • to taste of guacamole


Melt the margarine in a skillet over medium heat, add the beaten egg, season with salt and pepper and cook until desired term.

Divide the egg into 4 portions and reserve.

In a bowl, mix ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well blended.

Subsequently, form patties the size of the muffin and cook with margarine on a griddle at medium heat.

Cut the muffin in half, spread with margarine and heat together with the meat on the same griddle.

Place one slice of yellow cheese, the hamburger meat and the scrambled egg on a muffin top and cover with the other slice of bread.

Spread a little more margarine on both muffin tops and heat on both sides.
Serve the egg muffin on an extended plate and accompany with guacamole.
