“The Government firmly condemns these illegal acts, which violate the Agreement for the Protection of Inter-Korean Investments reached between both Koreas and the North Korea Gaeseong Industrial Complex Law. We clearly state that the North will be solely responsible for the consequences, ”he warned.
Finally, the South Korean Unification Minister has asserted that “as announced on April 6, the Government of South Korea will take all measures, including legal actions, to hold the North Korean regime accountable for its activities.” illegal and will actively cooperate with the international community (to that end)”.
