Seville, Spain, will host the 2023 Latin Grammys

We hope it will be the first of many international Latin Grammy editions.

The 2023 Latin Grammy Awards will be held on November 16 at the Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos de Sevilla. This was announced by the CEO of the Latin Recording Academy, Manuel Abud, at a press conference.

It marked the official beginning of a three-year partnership between the Latin Recording Academy and the Andalusian Government, which will sponsor the 24th annual Latin Grammy Awards, Latin Grammy Week, and various Latin Academy events at the community.

During his speech, he explained that this year’s Latin Grammy Week includes the Person of the Year Gala, the Special Awards Presentation, the Leading Ladies of Entertainment luncheon, the Best New Artist Showcase that recognizes the nominees in the category for Best New Artist and a reception for the nominees, among others.

In this way, the CEO of the Latin Recording Academy has detailed that there will be the reception of nominees, “a night dedicated to all the nominees in each of the 56 categories.”

In this regard, he added that the registration period has just ended and “we have exceeded 19 thousand registrations, of which only 300 will be nominated.”

In addition, he has pointed out that on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of this event, next year they will return to the US.

“We are in final talks with three cities to host the 25th anniversary.”
