Strawberry milkshake with brownie, whipped cream, milk and oil

  • This milkshake recipe is characterized by being very thick and having a combination of strawberry and chocolate, and it is also very easy to make.


1 box of Duncan Hines chewy fudge brownie, for the brownie
1 egg, for the brownie
1/4 cups of water, for the brownie
1/4 cups of vegetable oil, for the brownie
6 scoops of strawberry ice cream, for the milkshake
2 cups strawberries, cut into quarters, for the milkshake
1/2 cups evaporated milk, for the shake
4 tablespoons of powdered milk
1 cup of strawberries, whole, small, pretty, to decorate
enough whipped cream, to decorate
enough chocolate, melted, to decorate
enough chocolate chips, to decorate


Empty the Duncan Hines chewy fudge brownie contents into a bowl, then add the egg, water, vegetable oil and mix with the help of a balloon whisk.

Transfer the Duncan Hines chewy fudge brownie mixture to a greased tray or baking dish and bake at 165°C for approximately 25-30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature.

Meanwhile, prepare the milkshake: Blend the strawberry ice cream with the strawberries, powdered milk and evaporated milk. Remember that the milkshake must be very thick. While the brownie is ready, keep it frozen.

Cut the Duncan Hines chewy fudge brownie into squares of approximately 3×3 cm.
Decorate the glass with melted chocolate, pour a little of the strawberry milkshake and add a few pieces of brownie, pour some of the milkshake again, pieces of brownie and so on until the glass is full.

Skewer strawberries and brownie squares to decorate the shake, then add some whipped cream and chocolate chips. Place a straw and a long spoon to enjoy the strawberry brownie milkshake however you like.
