Takes Municipal Culture 45 pastorelas to neighborhoods, neighborhoods and community centers

● Theater groups Doble Espacio, Teatro Galindo, Epicus and Rescatando mis Raíces participated, they brought Mexican Christmas pastorelas with modern and traditional elements.

● Participation in neighborhoods such as Tlaxcala, Santiago, San Miguelito, Montecillo, centers such as Progreso, Simón Díaz, Valle Dorado, Ponciano Arriaga, Tangamanga, Infonavit, as well as dozens of neighborhoods and in municipal delegations.

The H. City Hall of San Luis Potosí, through the Municipal Culture Directorate, seeks to preserve Christmas traditions and has programmed with Citizen Participation Boards, citizens and cultural promoters, 45 Mexican Christmas pastorelas in neighborhoods, neighborhoods and municipal delegations.

This was indicated by Daniel García Álvarez de La Llera, Director of Municipal Culture, who said that it is important to promote the traditions of the Christmas holidays, for which a program was agreed in colonies and neighborhoods where tradition is promoted, in coordination with Promoters Cultural and with the City Council Welfare Secretariat.

He explained that the pastorelas started last week and will end until December 23, and which include neighborhoods such as Tlaxcala, Santiago, San Miguelito, Montecillo, neighborhoods such as Jassos, Fovissste, Tierra Blanca, José de Gálvez, Saucito, Barrio de San Miguelito, Progreso, Satélite, Norte, Libertad, Progreso community centers, Simón Díaz, Valle Dorado, Ponciano Arriaga, Tangamanga, Infonavit, among others.

“In these pastorelas we have the participation of four high-quality groups, such as Teatro Galindo, Doble Espacio, Epicus and Rescatando mis Raíces, which offer traditional versions, other dynamic and modern ones, with a touch of Mexican humor but which preserve the elements traditional”, added Daniel de La Llera.
