The literary work won the November 20 Awards in the short story category in 2020.
Next Friday, January 13, they will present the literary work “Las marcas del pasado”, by the author from San Luis Potosí, Ernesto Sánchez, at the Jesús García Corona Railway Museum at 7:30 p.m.
The literary work was the winner of the November 20 Prize, within the short story category, in 2020, for which all Potosinos were invited to attend the presentation by the San Luis Potosí Secretary of Culture for free.
In addition to “The brands of the past”, the author will also present the work “Condominiums” that contains a series of stories, with the presenters and commentators being the writer Lilia Ávalos and the writers Anuar Jalife and Felipe Pérez.
Condominiums is a compilation of thirteen stories divided into three moments, between everyday life the readers become each of the characters in the work, through various feelings and situations that, between laughter, tears and reflections, allow them to identify themselves. in the daily life of their actions.
The author Ernesto Sánchez, is a doctor in Hispanic Literature from the Colegio de San Luis; He was the winner of the State Fund for Culture and the Arts (FECA) scholarship, and in 2015, he won the scholarship in the same category granted by the National Fund for Culture and the Arts (FONCA).
In addition and previously mentioned, in 2020, he won the “Manuel José Othón” Narrative Award from the November 20 Awards.
The event will be coordinated through the Central State Library and the Awards and Contests Directorate of the San Luis Potosí Ministry of Culture.
The presentation of the work is part of the actions with the aim of creating an inclusive, democratic and preventive culture in comprehensive matters for the public.
