Onion, turkey ham and pepper. Accompany with salad
If you are taking care of the figure and want a healthy option, but you love breaded, these chicken milanesas are the best recipe for you.
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken milanese
- 8 slices of turkey ham
- 200 grams of panela cheese, cut into thick sticks
- 1/2 cups of flour
- 185 grams of breading corn flakes
- 4 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1/4 red onions, finely chopped
- 2 avocados, diced
- 1/4 pineapples, diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 2 serrano chiles, finely chopped
- 1/4 cups lemon juice
- 1/2 cups of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 Italian lettuce, to accompany
Preparation:
Place a chicken milanese on a board, add two slices of ham and some cheese, roll up and insert some toothpicks to keep the shape.
Bread each chicken milanesa, going through flour, egg and Corn Flakes breading.
Heat a skillet over low heat and cook the chicken rolls until cooked.
Cover if necessary.
For the sauce, mix all the ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Serve the milanesas with the sauce.
