Place the flour on a flat surface to form a volcano with the help of your hands.

Then add the sugar, the salt, the dry yeast, the egg and pour in the milk little by little; Integrate with the help of your hands.

Once everything is mixed, flatten a little with the help of your hands, then add the butter to the center and integrate and knead for 15 minutes or until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture.

Place the dough in a container previously greased with cooking spray, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 1 hour at room temperature or until the dough rises and doubles in size.

Once the dough has set sufficiently, roll out on a floured surface to 1cm thick with a rolling pin.

Cut the donuts with a 6 cm diameter cutter or ring and then use a duya, lid or smaller cutter to make the center of the donut.

Transfer the donuts to a tray and let them rest again for 10 minutes (always covered with plastic or a slightly damp cloth).

Fry the donut in enough hot vegetable oil over medium-low heat on both sides, for about 6 minutes.

Drain and reserve.

Do the same with the donut centers so you have some spheres.

For the coverage: Mix the sugar with the cocoa powder and the vanilla cookie in a bowl until you have a homogeneous mixture.

Decorate your donuts.

For the white chocolate donuts: Cover the donuts with white chocolate, submerging them only halfway, place them on a rack and let stand until the chocolate hardens.

Do the same with the donut centers, just in melted white chocolate painted with 6 drops of green or orange food coloring (remember you can always add more food coloring if you want).

Let it dry.

For the mocha donuts: Top the donuts with whipped cream, but only halfway.

It can be supported with a spatula or with clean hands, then dipped in the mixture of cookies and brown sugar.

Finish off your donuts having fun, here are 3 options: For the eye-shaped white chocolate donuts: Place the strawberry syrup in a bag and make a very small cut with the help of scissors, make irregular lines around the donut, these will simulate as an eye irritation.

Then place the center of the donut painted orange and on it, a dot of black fondant to simulate the tip of the eye.

For the mocha eye donuts: Top your mocha donut with different sized fondant eyes.

For the Monster Mocha Donuts: Place white chocolate chip teeth resting on white royal icing, add fondant eyes and strawberry syrup blood, you can also include chocolate spiders.
