Place the flour on a flat surface to form a volcano with the help of your hands.

Then add the sugar, the salt, the dry yeast, the egg and pour in the milk little by little; Integrate with the help of your hands.

Once everything is mixed, flatten a little with the help of your hands, then add the butter to the center and integrate and knead for 15 minutes or until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture.

Place the dough in a container previously greased with cooking spray, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 1 hour at room temperature or until the dough rises and doubles in size.

Once the dough has set sufficiently, roll out on a floured surface to 1cm thick with a rolling pin.

Cut the donuts with a 6 cm diameter cutter or ring and then use a duya, lid or smaller cutter to make the center of the donut.

Transfer the donuts to a tray and let them rest again for 10 minutes (always covered with plastic or a slightly damp cloth).

Fry the donut in enough hot vegetable oil over medium-low heat on both sides, for about 6 minutes.

Drain and reserve.

Do the same with the donut centers so you have some spheres.

For the coverage: Mix the sugar with the cocoa powder and the vanilla cookie in a bowl until you have a homogeneous mixture.

Decorate your donuts.

For the white chocolate donuts: Cover the donuts with white chocolate, submerging them only halfway, place them on a rack and let stand until the chocolate hardens.

Do the same with the donut centers, just in melted white chocolate painted with 6 drops of green or orange food coloring (remember you can always add more food coloring if you want).

Let it dry.

For the mocha donuts: Top the donuts with whipped cream, but only halfway.

It can be supported with a spatula or with clean hands, then dipped in the mixture of cookies and brown sugar.
