We recommend you prepare these Jícama and Surimi Taquitos

Lemon, onion and celery. Accompany with mango

These jicama and surimi taquitos are very fresh and delicious. Thin slices of jicama with a mixture of creamy pieces of surimi and mango and an avocado puree that you will love.


  • 2 cups surimi, crushed
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 celery sticks, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups corn kernels
  • 1/2 cups hearts of palm, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ground chipotle chili
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 grams of probiotics, 2 sachets
  • 1 avocado, for the puree
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 12 slices of jicama
  • 2 mangoes, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup alfalfa sprouts


For the filling, in a bowl mix the surimi with the purple onion, celery, corn kernels, hearts of palm, mayonnaise, chipotle, salt and probiotics.


For the puree, with the help of a fork, mash the avocado and mix with the ginger, lemon juice and soy sauce.

Form the jicama tacos by mashing a little mashed avocado over the jicama slices, adding a little of the surimi filling, adding mango cubes and finishing with alfalfa sprouts.
