  • 4 tablespoons butter, in cubes, for the cream
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped, for the cream
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped, for the cream
  • 1 cup cottage cheese, for the cream
  • 1/2 cups table cream, for the cream
  • 1 cup evaporated milk, for the cream
  • 1/2 cups milk, for the cream
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch, for the cream
  • salt, for the cream
  • pepper, for the cream
  • water, for the spaghetti
  • salt, for the spaghetti
  • 500 grams of spaghetti pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cubed
  • 250 grams of shrimp, medium, peeled and cleaned
  • parsley, finely chopped, to decorate
  • 1/2 cups cottage cheese, to decorate


Melt the butter in a pan and cook the onion and garlic until translucent, then add the cottage cheese and cook over low heat for 3 minutes.

Remove from the fire.

Mix at maximum speed the above with the medium cream, the evaporated milk and the whole milk mixed with the cornstarch, then season with salt and pepper. Blend until all the ingredients have been perfectly incorporated.


Boil the water over high heat and season with salt, once it boils, add the spaghetti and cook for 8 minutes.

Strain and reserve.

Melt the butter over medium heat in a saucepan and cook the shrimp for 3 minutes or until they change color. Immediately pour in the mixture you mixed and add the spaghetti.

Cook everything for 5 minutes.

Serve the creamy shrimp pasta casserole in a casserole dish, sprinkle with parsley, and garnish with more cottage cheese.
