Decorate with chocolate
It is an elegant and very festive dessert! Also, the best thing about this white chocolate cheesecake recipe is that you don’t need to turn on the oven.
2 cups cinnamon cookies, ground, for the base
1 cup butter, melted, for the base
2 cups of whipping cream
1/2 cups icing sugar
1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
2 cups mascarpone cheese
1 cup white chocolate, melted
1 teaspoon McCormick Nutmeg

In a bowl, mix the ground cookies with the butter until perfectly integrated. Booking.
Use a hand mixer to mix the whipping cream, confectioners’ sugar, and liquid vanilla until the whipped cream is stiff. Booking.
In another bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese, white chocolate and McCormick Nutmeg with a whisk until combined. Later, add the sweetened whipped cream and mix again.
Line a removable mold with acetate. Place the biscuit base, compact it with a spoon and pour the cheese mixture on top. Refrigerate for 60 minutes or until cheesecake is firm.
Decorate the dessert with whipped cream and chocolate.
