It took Russian authorities less than 24 hours to arrest the woman who carried the bomb that killed Russian blogger Vladlen Tatarsky. And it is that she did little or nothing to hide: she was captured by cameras both inside and outside the cafe where the attack occurred and no attempts to escape the city have been reported.
