The entertainment medium is once again in mourning after confirming the death of the Cuban actor and composer Jorge Zamora Montalvo, better known as ‘Zamorita’.
At the age of 94, he died on the morning of this Wednesday, November 30, although the causes of his death have not yet been clarified. The journalist Gustavo Adolfo Infante broke the news on the program ‘Sale el sol’.

‘Zamorita’ is remembered for appearing in the golden age of Mexican cinema with TinTan, but perhaps the new generations remember him for participating in various soap operas and comedy sketches with Eugenio Derbez.
Jorge Zamora was also a composer of famous songs such as ‘Bómboro Quiñá Quiñá’, which popularized the Sonora Santanera.
